Best Training split for anyone with a busy schedule

Best Training split for anyone with a busy schedule

A lot of guys want to know how to lose weight despite a crazy schedule, you feel you don’t have time to go to the gym and I understand why. Most workouts are usually around the hour mark and that’s not including a warm up and a shower after your workout.
That’s quite a lot of time especially for anyone who has to take care of their job, be there for family, and enjoy life.
But Training does not have to an overwhelming commitment in fact over training with a busy lifestyle can be counterproductive in getting results.
The aim for a busy guy is to get in and out the gym and dominate the rest of their day and to make a habit of training and staying in shape without doing marathon workouts.
All my workouts I deliver require minimal equipment and are targeted specifically for the needs of busy individuals who want to lose weight and achieve an athletic physique?
Coming very soon I will be launching an Online coaching program for you guys that will teach you how to get in shape in just 3 hours per week with simple workouts, minimal equipment and eating solutions.

Fat loss tips for 2015

Fat loss tips for 2015

So its New year again and my guess is a lot of people will be embarking on a fitness regime to lose weight or get fit starting in January.

A good percentage of people will start with good intentions and then give up because they are not getting any results.

Here are some fat loss tips to prevent you from failing in 2015.

1.Diet- don’t look for quick fixes and FAD diets that will starve you to death, this will just lead to metabolic damage which will then make fat loss very difficult. Not to mention the rebound of piling weight back on.

2.Goal setting- set realistic goals, losing 3 stone in 6 weeks is unrealistic and you will fail. This will then lead to becoming demotivated.

3. Try resist temptation- you will always be surrounding by poor nutritional choices on a daily basis. You need strong will power to avoid falling off your diet to succeed in the long run. If you really want to lose bodyfat you will say no.

4. Making excuses- skipping the gym because you are tired is a poor excuse, there will always be an excuse to miss training or eat a biscuit because its the weekend. Remind yourself of your goals and this should avoid you going back to old habits.

5. Enjoy the process- results will lead to more motivation, be consistent on a daily basis!!

If you need a tailored eating plan or training program to kick start 2015 message me through my website.

Metabolism

Loss of muscle is one of the reasons yo yo dieters can not seem to lose weight. They lose and gain over and over again.

The they encounter is loss of muscle, muscle is metabolically active and burns 70x as many cals as fat cells.

You must increase muscle to lose fat.

Bigger Triceps

Tricep tips

Putting it simply tricep pulldowns will not do much in terms of muscle growth! I see a lot of guys doing fancy stuff such as laying extensions, ropepulldowns, standing, overhead, far bar etc. This will not build bigger triceps!!

It will give you a good ‘pump’ and take a great photo but it will not lead to great gains in size.

I mainly have my clients doing 1 if not any isolation work on triceps.

So these are the exercises that will lead to greater gains in size and strength to your triceps

Close grip presses

Dips

Floor presses

Dead stop skull crushers (fav iso exercise)

Close grip push ups

My advice would be pick 1 or 2 of these exercises on upper or push days and perform to sets one set of 8-10 and one set of 8-12

Progress the weight each week!!!
