When you feel overwhelmed with work, life, and responsibilities, it can take its toll on your body and worst of all, mindset.

So many busy men like you tell me they’ve “no time” to lose weight but…

I’m going to be blunt, but not having enough time is NEVER a reason for not losing weight.

Before you think I’m being a bit arrogant, keep reading.

I’m completely on board with the fact that men 35+ work long hours…

Maybe clocking up 50+ a week.

A lot of the guys I work with are also dads.

And between the midnight bottle feeds, dinners, and ‘daddy time’ with their kids, getting in shape seems impossible.

Thing is, lack of time is often an illusion.

Many guys who want to lose weight are walking around in zombie mode 24/7, because they have so much on their plate.

But that doesn’t mean there isn’t time to get in shape … Or even get in GREAT shape. So look, if lack of time is your #1 problem …

I want you to know, I get it.

I know you think you don’t have the time to get in shape, but you do.

Getting in shape requires less time than you think!

Between the dads, business owners, and the men I’ve worked with (all of whom are busy in their own right) they’ve managed to get into great shape, even if they genuinely felt they didn’t have a spare second in the day.

See, you may believe you need to throw on your apron, and become Gordon Ramsey cooking 5-star meals each night to lose weight …

Or be in the gym for 2 hours a day to get stronger …

But you don’t.

When done right, a 10-15 minute home workout can be even more effective than an hour in the gym.

And you can whip up quick, physique-friendly meals in literally 5 minutes.

Unfortunately, the fitness industry tells us that achieving the body you want should take more time…

That to lose your belly, love handles, moobs, beer gut, and feel better will mean you need to resign yourself to nightly kitchen duties and spend hours in the gym each day.

When in reality?

You don’t.

Change can start with some very small, simple, and easy fixes.

If you’re a busy guy and you feel that time is a factor in preventing you from getting the body you want.

Let’s have a chat.

P.S. This probably took 2 minutes to read? Which begs the question, how long have you already used your social media for today?

Just something to think about.
