SHORT OF TIME TO WORKOUT? GET FIT QUICK WITH THESE PROVEN METHODS

Lack of time is one of the most common excuses for busy men skipping training.

The good news is that it takes very little time to actually perform a workout to get life-changing results.

Something we teach in the Lean for Life 90-day programme.

Many people have used single set training, including me, to build a lean healthy physique and fitness levels and there is plenty of research to support this.

A single hard set will deliver a considerable stimulus to the working muscles when taken near to failure with perfect execution.

What I advocate when pressed for time is performing basic calisthenics (push, pull, and leg movement) you can stimulate most of your body’s muscle fibers in an incredibly short amount of time.

My personal preference and what we teach in the Lean for Life programme is 3 sets of each that’s a total of just 9 sets in one workout which can be completed in as little as 15-20 minutes.

If you are on a tight schedule, in need of more recovery, or just beat up from years of training, knock out one hard set of pushes, pulls, and legs each training day. You will have an excuse-free approach to training that will still deliver good results as long as you train hard and stay consistent.

Give me a shout if you’d like to find out more about how we customise training to the individual’s wants and needs.
