THE ULTIMATE CALISTHENIC WORKOUT – Bodyweight training for busy people

You don’t need lots of equipment, weights, and endless time in a gym to get in great shape. Actually overtraining or not lifting correctly can cause more harm than good, especially as we age.

Here’s my simple secret to getting my clients online fit:

A daily 20-minute workout:

  • I perform one Pull, Push, Leg + Core movement – as a circuit.
  • I perform three hard sets of each. Quality, not quantity.


If fatigue and recovery become an issue I will alternate between hard and light sets, but the idea is to maintain daily training.

  • Rest: 2-5min between each circuit

My workouts never take longer than 20 minutes.

If you are a busy man over 30 you won’t have time to follow mainstream workouts from your favourite influencer.

Give this method a go, it’s sustainable and always gives me more energy for the rest of the day.

You simply don’t need to do long pointless drawn-out workouts with tonnes of different exercises.
